My husband and I were in Austin for a conference (not at this hotel), but he chose this Westin for our weekend stay. All in all, the property was lovely, staff accommodating, and the stay relaxing. they provide robes, iron and ironing board, and shuttle service to nearby attractions. The lobby and rooms' decor was modern contemporary and very clean. At night, the bar in the hotel was bustling and a fun hang out. So, there was a lot of entertainment to keep the kids busy. The kids swam in the hotels outdoor pool which was heated (nice), worked out in the fitness center, and close by was a Dave and Busters as well as a bowling alley. The location is outside of Austin and in a suburban area next door to the mall and many nice restaurants and shops. They hurried the cleaning staff to ready our rooms for us, and we were unpacked in no time.

The staff was very organized and arranged adjoining rooms and even allowed a very early check in so we could get dressed for the wedding.

We stayed here for a wedding in January and rented two rooms-one for us and one for the kids.
